This Privacy Policy explains how 2 Tons Metric ("we," "us," and "our") handles information in connection with 2tonsmetric.com, our artist and song pages, inquiries, and products or services sold directly by us. It also explains the outside services used on this website.
For a privacy question or request, contact contact@2tonsmetric.com or use our contact form. Purchases made from a separate streaming service, marketplace, or other seller are also subject to that provider’s own privacy policy.
02Information we receive
- Messages and inquiries. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, subject, message, and any information you choose to include. Contact form messages are delivered to our email inbox.
- Orders, when you buy directly from us. Depending on the product and checkout used, we may receive your name, email address, billing and shipping information, items ordered, payment status, transaction reference, and customer support correspondence. A payment provider may also make limited payment details, such as card type and last four digits, available to us.
- Service projects. If you commission work, we receive the instructions, files, references, permissions, and feedback you supply to complete that project.
- Website activity. Our web host and services used on the site receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, referring page, requested pages, dates and times, and activity on the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions, as described below.
Please do not send full payment card numbers, security codes, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through our contact form or ordinary email.
